Hello, I will introduce myself a little. I was born in Kaunas in 1979. I got my first pedigree dog rough collie in 1990. My dog's show career started since I was 12. My first dog was not super show dog, but it was good start with him. We were much better in obedience training and were awarded many first places in competitions. I got second pedigree collie in 1993. He was real show star and won numerous junior BIS and a lot of BOB over big competitions.
I started to work in the ring as secretary since I was 14 years old. I was always one of the best workers in the ring. So I was invited to the most dog shows to work as secretary and later as assistent. I bred my first pedigree puppies of rough collie in 1996. In 1998 I went to visit England were I was introduced to my present breed shiba. I bought 2 shibas and brought them to Lithuania.
I was first person who introduced shibas in Lithuania and the Baltic states. My first shiba litter was in 2003. I still have male and female from this litter who are veterans and are living in the village house now. My kennel name is Žara. My bred dogs became champions and interchampions of many countries. My well know Misako No Koki Go Žara became Junior world winner in Paris in 2011. She lives in Moscow now.
I have started to judge in the dog's shows since 2008. My specialization is V group, but I judge British sheepdogs too. In 2010 I became international judge. I judged V group speciality shows in Poland and Belarus already and I judged national and international dog's show in Lithuania and other neighboring countries. I prefer dogs with sound anatomy and movement, good condition and nice presentation in important too. I am veterinary doctor and are specialising in surgery of small animals. In 2012 I was elected as secretary of judge board in the Lithuanian Cynological Society. I speak Lithuanian, English and Russian languages.
