Mr. M. Rawlinson (питомник лабрадоров “Halshimoor”) занимается разведением Лабрадоров почти 40 лет и на счету питомника несколько Чемпионов Англии и более 80-ти СС и RCC! Mr. Mark Rawlinson активно судит в самой Англии, практически во всех странах Европы, судил в Америке, Канаде, Австралии, Новой Зеландии. В 2009 г. Mr. M. Rawlinson впервые судил в России в Санкт-Петербурге.
Mr. M. Rawlinson о себе:
I have been involved with Labradors and showing for nearly 40 years. I started at the age of 14 and managed to win a class at Crufts with my very first Labrador. Showing has always been a family interest, starting with my parents, and our showing involves my wife, brother and now my oldest daughter, who is a very promising young handler and breeder. Our first champion was Sh Ch Midnight Mystery, who was by Ch Lawnwoods Midnight Folly out of a Cambremer bitch.
We were very lucky to have Didi Hepworth as our friend and mentor and our foundation bitch was Poolstead Pandamonium at Halshimoor, from which most of our current stock descends. She produced Halshimoor Winter Wishes at Fullwell, who was the mother of the brothers Sh Ch Fullwell Freebooter at Halshimoor, Sh Ch Fullwell Frolic at Halshimoor, who won 30 CC’s between them. Frolic also won Best in Show at the UK Labrador Club championship show and the Dog CC at Crufts in 2002. We have also enjoyed considerable success with Sh Ch Wilsbury Wildfire at Halshimoor and Sh Ch Fullwell Fly High at Halshimoor. In total, we have made up 11 UK Labrador champions and one Parson Russell Terrier. Winning over 85 CC’s in the process and numerous RCC’s and Junior Warrants.
Showing is very much a family concern, with my wife also involved in showing/judging and our daughter, Lucy, who by the age of 14 made up her first champion (Sh Ch Fullwell Fair Trade at Halshimoor) and regularly handles for a number of top UK kennels – Fabracken, Carpenny and Seatallan. I have been fortunate to judge Labradors all over the world, including Japan, Russia, Sweden, Italy, Germany and Denmark to name a few. I have also judged regularly in the UK and in 2021 will have the honour of judging Labradors at Crufts.
It will be my second time judging in Russia, having judged in St Petersburg previously in 2009. I am always interested to assess the quality of exhibits in different countries and to understand what local breeders consider important. I am really looking forward to judging in Russia again as it is always interesting to see how the breed has developed since I last judged.
